But the enemy here isn\u2019t English. In Montreal, English-speaking parents are all sending their kids to school in French! Enrolment in English schools is declining so fast that the English Montreal \u00a0School Board is looking at closing ten schools. But is closing a top-rate French Immersion School the answer?
